1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Bulamu360, submitting an assessment, placing an order, or accessing a plan, you agree to these Terms and Disclaimer and the Bulamu360 Privacy Policy.
2. Nutrition Guidance, Not Medical Diagnosis
Nutrition plans are educational and supportive. They are based on information you provide and may need adjustment after clinical review, laboratory results, medication changes, pregnancy changes, symptoms, or follow-up outcomes.
3. Emergency and Red-Flag Symptoms
Do not use Bulamu360 instead of urgent medical care. Seek prompt medical help for severe, new, or worsening symptoms, including chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, severe headache, confusion, persistent vomiting, bleeding, severe abdominal pain, swelling, very high blood pressure, very low or high blood sugar symptoms, reduced fetal movement, or any emergency concern.
4. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. This includes conditions, allergies, pregnancy status, medications, lab values, symptoms, food restrictions, and clinician instructions. If your information is incomplete or incorrect, the plan may be inappropriate.
5. Specialist Conditions
Diabetes, kidney disease, pregnancy, hypertension, gout, high cholesterol, eating disorders, cancer, severe gut symptoms, child nutrition, and medication-related nutrition require caution. Bulamu360 may recommend clinician or dietitian review before intensifying nutrition targets.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Bulamu360 does not guarantee weight loss, weight gain, blood sugar control, blood pressure reduction, fertility outcomes, symptom resolution, disease reversal, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on many factors including adherence, medical history, medications, sleep, stress, activity, budget, food access, genetics, and clinical care.
7. Payment and Approval Flow
When payment is made manually, customers must submit a valid transaction reference. Orders may remain pending until payment is reviewed. Bulamu360 may approve, reject, or request additional proof before releasing a paid plan.
8. Plan Access and Approval Codes
Approval codes and download links are intended for the approved customer only. Do not share your approval code or private plan link publicly. Bulamu360 may restrict access if misuse, fraud, or unauthorised sharing is suspected.
9. Intellectual Property
The Bulamu360 website, app interface, recipes, plan structure, wording, design, backend logic, and materials are owned by Bulamu360 or its creator unless otherwise stated. Users may use their approved personal plan for personal guidance, but may not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute Bulamu360 materials as a competing product.
10. Service Availability
Bulamu360 may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet problems, email delivery issues, payment review delays, or technical changes. We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Bulamu360 is not liable for harm caused by inaccurate information submitted by a user, failure to seek medical care, misuse of nutrition advice, ignored allergies or medication instructions, unauthorised sharing of access codes, or factors outside Bulamu360's control.
12. Changes to Terms
Bulamu360 may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
